My great-great-great grandfather, William Poindexter (son of Capt. Joseph of the Revolutionary War) married Judith Thompson. Judith's parents were Waddy Thompson and Mary Lewis (sister to Merriwether Lewis of Lewis and Clark). See the chart below.
