Jeanette A. McCracken, February 27, 1903 - February 1, 2000

I will be adding more about Jeanette's lifelong accomplishments.

Funeral at Coder Chapel, LaBelle, MO. February 4, 2000

Overall view showing all the flowers. We placed flowers from relatives closest to casket. The spray of roses on foot of casket said "Dearest Aunt" from Sally and from Jim postumously.

The spray of roses on bottom of rack at head of casket said "Great Aunt", representing Jeanette Latham, Kara Smith, Jamie Poindexter, Charles Poindexter and Susan Poindexter.

The small boquet of pale yellow roses inside casket lid said "Great Great Aunt", representing all the children not covered above. We has a photo of Jeanette enlarged and framed.
Closeup of th Great Aunt spray.

One week later. The Aunt spray still looked good. Jamie placed a stem of artificial roses stuck in the clay.

Next visit was April 11th, the Saturday before Easter. The surrounding clay had been smoothed and the name plaque was installed. The grass was being mowed that day in the cemetery. The film has not been developed yet.
