I found these plat maps at the Carrollton Public Library, except the 1994 one, which was purchased as the current map during my visit to the county in 1994. The farm is located a couple of miles northwest of Carrollton, in Township 53, Range 24, Section 23, otherwise known as Trotter Township

	1876 William Campbell Sproul farm is indicated in red. His daughter, Sarah Elizabeth, married John Lewis Poindexter. He is my great great grandfather. Thomas Mason owned the farm lines in blue. His daughter was Mary Mason, wife of W.C. Sproul and Sarah's mother.
	1920 Sarah now owns much of the Sproul farm and part of the Mason farm, as indicated in red. Her brothers, James and Alex also own land, indicated in blue.
	1970 Red outline shows Alex Poindexter's farm. Alex is one of Sarah and John Lewis Poindexter's sons.
	1994 The black arrow shows the farm of Johnny Poindexter, grandson of Sarah and John Lewis. His father was John Dawson Poindexter. This farm is across the road from the original Sproul, Mason and Poindexter farms (red arrow). Johnny lives on the farm today.
